  • Any additional features or changes requested after the project begins may require extra charges.

  • Doptor Tech reserves the right to reject or discontinue service if any client fails to follow payment or communication guidelines.

3️⃣ Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or upfront terms.

  • Refunds are only applicable if Doptor Tech fails to deliver as per the project agreement.

  • No refund will be provided after final project delivery or approval from the client.

  • All payments are non-transferable and must be made through approved payment methods.

4️⃣ Intellectual Property Rights

  • All design and development materials created by Doptor Tech remain our property until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, the client will own the final deliverables, except third-party tools or licenses used in the project.

  • Clients are not allowed to resell or reuse Doptor Tech’s proprietary templates, plugins, or assets without permission.

5️⃣ Confidentiality

We maintain full confidentiality of client information, project details, and communication data.
Any sensitive or business-related materials shared with us will never be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

6️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Doptor Tech will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, revenue damage, or third-party issues resulting from the use of our services, software, or hosted content.

7️⃣ Revisions & Support

  • Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as mentioned in the package.

  • Additional edits or changes outside the initial agreement will be charged separately.

  • We provide limited post-delivery support as per the service type (e.g., 7–30 days depending on the project).

8️⃣ Changes to Terms

Doptor Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
